Is SimplyWill™ a subscription or a once-off licence?
SimplyWill™ is a month-to-month subscription. This covers all software updates, new Will clause types as they are released, and email support. Either party may cancel on 30 days' written notice.
Do I need to pay extra for the multi-user LAN setup?
No. Multi-user LAN support is included in every licence. You pay per seat (per workstation), and all seats share the same database over your office network.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is stored on your firm's own network — not in any cloud system. If you choose not to renew, your data remains fully accessible on your machines. We provide an export tool so you can extract all records.
Is there a trial or pilot available?
